Zne\u010distenie InnoDB Buffer Pool<\/h3>\n<p>Ke\u010f <code>mysqldump<\/code> \u010d\u00edta ka\u017ed\u00fd riadok ka\u017edej tabu\u013eky, n\u00fati MySQL engine na\u010d\u00edta\u0165 tieto d\u00e1ta z disku do InnoDB buffer poolu. To vedie k n\u00e1hlemu, mas\u00edvnemu n\u00e1rastu diskov\u00fdch I\/O oper\u00e1ci\u00ed, preto\u017ee produk\u010dn\u00e9 dotazy s\u00fa n\u00faten\u00e9 \u010d\u00edta\u0165 z disku, \u010do vedie k v\u00e1\u017enej latencii aplik\u00e1cie.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Z\u00e1mky metad\u00e1t a konflikty DDL<\/h3>\n<p>Na udr\u017eanie konzistencie sa DBA spoliehaj\u00fa na pr\u00edznak <code>--single-transaction<\/code>, ktor\u00fd nastav\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 izol\u00e1cie transakci\u00ed na <code>REPEATABLE READ<\/code> a spust\u00ed transakciu pred v\u00fdpisom d\u00e1t.<\/p>\n<p>Hoci sa t\u00fdm vyhnete z\u00e1mkom \u010d\u00edtania na \u00farovni tabu\u013eky (<code>FLUSH TABLES WITH READ LOCK<\/code>), nechr\u00e1ni to pred zmenami jazyka defin\u00edcie d\u00e1t (DDL). Ak sa po\u010das behu <code>mysqldump<\/code> vykon\u00e1 pr\u00edkaz <code>ALTER TABLE<\/code>, <code>DROP TABLE<\/code> alebo <code>TRUNCATE TABLE<\/code>, z\u00e1loha zlyh\u00e1 s chybou <code>table definition has changed, please retry transaction<\/code>. V CI\/CD prostrediach s \u010dast\u00fdmi migr\u00e1ciami sch\u00e9m to sp\u00f4sobuje neust\u00e1le zlyh\u00e1vanie z\u00e1loh.<\/p>\n<h3>4. No\u010dn\u00e1 mora RTO: \u010casy obnovy<\/h3>\n<p>Najkatastrof\u00e1lnej\u0161ie zlyhanie <code>mysqldump<\/code> sa neprejav\u00ed po\u010das z\u00e1lohovania, ale po\u010das obnovy.<\/p>\n<p>Obnova logick\u00e9ho v\u00fdpisu vy\u017eaduje, aby MySQL engine analyzoval a vykonal mili\u00f3ny <code>INSERT<\/code> pr\u00edkazov. Ak m\u00e1 va\u0161a firma RTO 4 hodiny, <code>mysqldump<\/code> zaru\u010duje, \u017ee poru\u0161\u00edte svoju dohodu o \u00farovni slu\u017eieb (SLA).<\/p>\n<h2>Alternat\u00edvy na podnikovej \u00farovni: Prechod na fyzick\u00e9 z\u00e1lohy<\/h2>\n<p>Aby ste dosiahli r\u00fdchle z\u00e1lohovanie a obnovu ve\u013ek\u00fdch d\u00e1tov\u00fdch s\u00faborov, mus\u00edte opusti\u0165 logick\u00e9 z\u00e1lohy v prospech <strong>fyzick\u00fdch z\u00e1loh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fyzick\u00e9 z\u00e1lohy \u00faplne obch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa SQL execution engine MySQL. Namiesto toho kop\u00edruj\u00fa z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 bin\u00e1rne d\u00e1tov\u00e9 s\u00fabory (s\u00fabory <code>.ibd<\/code>, redo logy a undo logy) priamo zo s\u00faborov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu. Ke\u010f\u017ee ide len o kop\u00edrovanie s\u00faborov, m\u00f4\u017eu pracova\u0165 pri maxim\u00e1lnej sekven\u010dnej r\u00fdchlosti \u010d\u00edtania\/z\u00e1pisu v\u00e1\u0161ho \u00falo\u017en\u00e9ho hardv\u00e9ru a m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 v\u00fdrazne paralelizovan\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Percona XtraBackup: Priemyseln\u00fd \u0161tandard<\/h3>\n<p>Pre enginy InnoDB a XtraDB je <strong>Percona XtraBackup<\/strong> popredn\u00fdm open-source n\u00e1strojom na fyzick\u00e9 z\u00e1lohovanie. Vykon\u00e1va \u201ehor\u00face\u201c, neblokuj\u00face z\u00e1lohy datab\u00e1z MySQL.<\/p>\n<h4>Ako funguje XtraBackup<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Kop\u00edrovanie d\u00e1t:<\/strong> XtraBackup za\u010dne kop\u00edrova\u0165 d\u00e1tov\u00e9 s\u00fabory InnoDB (<code>.ibd<\/code>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sledovanie logov:<\/strong> Ke\u010f\u017ee datab\u00e1za je akt\u00edvna, d\u00e1ta sa po\u010das kop\u00edrovania s\u00faborov zmenia. XtraBackup spust\u00ed vl\u00e1kno na pozad\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 monitoruje a kop\u00edruje InnoDB redo log (<code>ib_logfile0<\/code> at\u010f.) pre v\u0161etky transakcie, ktor\u00e9 nastan\u00fa po\u010das okna z\u00e1lohovania.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pr\u00edprava (obnova po hav\u00e1rii):<\/strong> Po z\u00e1lohovan\u00ed s\u00fa skop\u00edrovan\u00e9 d\u00e1tov\u00e9 s\u00fabory v nekonzistentnom stave. XtraBackup aplikuje skop\u00edrovan\u00e9 redo logy na d\u00e1tov\u00e9 s\u00fabory (podobne ako MySQL vykon\u00e1va obnovu po hav\u00e1rii pri \u0161tarte), \u010do vedie k dokonale konzistentnej sn\u00edmke datab\u00e1zy v presnom momente, kedy z\u00e1lohovanie skon\u010dilo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Implement\u00e1cia strat\u00e9gie fyzick\u00e9ho z\u00e1lohovania<\/h2>\n<p>Tu je technick\u00fd n\u00e1vod na implement\u00e1ciu strat\u00e9gie fyzick\u00e9ho z\u00e1lohovania pomocou Percona XtraBackup.<\/p>\n<h3>Krok 1: Streamovanie z\u00e1lohy<\/h3>\n<p>Zapisovanie mas\u00edvnej z\u00e1lohy na lok\u00e1lny disk \u010dasto sp\u00f4sobuje probl\u00e9my s kapacitou. Osved\u010den\u00fdm postupom je streamovanie z\u00e1lohy priamo do arch\u00edvneho form\u00e1tu, jej komprim\u00e1cia a odoslanie do staging oblasti alebo priamo na z\u00e1lohovaciu platformu.<\/p>\n<p>Pomocou <code>xbstream<\/code> m\u00f4\u017eeme z\u00e1lohu paralelizova\u0165 a za chodu komprimova\u0165:<\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"language-bash\">xtrabackup --backup \n  --user=backup_user \n  --password=SecurePassword! \n  --parallel=4 \n  --stream=xbstream | lz4 &gt; \/mnt\/backups\/mysql_prod_backup.xbstream.lz4\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<ul>\n<li><code>--parallel=4<\/code>: Vyu\u017e\u00edva 4 vl\u00e1kna na s\u00fabe\u017en\u00e9 \u010d\u00edtanie d\u00e1tov\u00fdch s\u00faborov.<\/li>\n<li><code>--stream=xbstream<\/code>: Vypisuje z\u00e1lohu vo vlastnom streamovacom form\u00e1te Percona.<\/li>\n<li><code>lz4<\/code>: Poskytuje extr\u00e9mne r\u00fdchlu kompresiu s n\u00edzkou z\u00e1\u0165a\u017eou CPU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Krok 2: Pr\u00edprava z\u00e1lohy na obnovu<\/h3>\n<p>Predt\u00fdm, ako je mo\u017en\u00e9 fyzick\u00fa z\u00e1lohu obnovi\u0165, mus\u00ed by\u0165 \u201epripraven\u00e1\u201c (aplikovanie redo logov). Tento krok vy\u017eaduje pam\u00e4\u0165, tak\u017ee sa uistite, \u017ee server m\u00e1 pridelen\u00fa dostato\u010dn\u00fa RAM:<\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"language-bash\">xtrabackup --prepare --use-memory=4G --target-dir=\/data\/restore\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<h3>Krok 3: Obnova datab\u00e1zy<\/h3>\n<p>Pre obnovu mus\u00ed by\u0165 cie\u013eov\u00fd d\u00e1tov\u00fd adres\u00e1r MySQL \u00faplne pr\u00e1zdny. Zastavte slu\u017ebu MySQL, vyma\u017ete adres\u00e1r a skop\u00edrujte s\u00fabory sp\u00e4\u0165:<\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"language-bash\">systemctl stop mysql\nrm -rf \/var\/lib\/mysql\/*\n\nxtrabackup --copy-back --target-dir=\/data\/restore\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>Nakoniec pred spusten\u00edm slu\u017eby opravte opr\u00e1vnenia s\u00faborov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu:<\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"language-bash\">chown -R mysql:mysql \/var\/lib\/mysql\nsystemctl start mysql\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>Preto\u017ee d\u00e1tov\u00e9 s\u00fabory s\u00fa u\u017e vytvoren\u00e9 a indexy skompilovan\u00e9, datab\u00e1za sa spust\u00ed okam\u017eite.
