Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed InnoDB Buffer Pool<\/h3>\n<p>Kdy\u017e <code>mysqldump<\/code> \u010dte ka\u017ed\u00fd \u0159\u00e1dek ka\u017ed\u00e9 tabulky, nut\u00ed datab\u00e1zov\u00fd stroj MySQL na\u010d\u00edst tato data z disku do vyrovn\u00e1vac\u00ed pam\u011bti InnoDB (buffer pool). Z\u00e1mky metadat a konflikty DDL<\/h3>\n<p>Pro zachov\u00e1n\u00ed konzistence se spr\u00e1vci datab\u00e1z\u00ed spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edznak <code>--single-transaction<\/code>, kter\u00fd nastav\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 izolace transakc\u00ed na <code>REPEATABLE READ<\/code> a zah\u00e1j\u00ed transakci p\u0159ed v\u00fdpisem dat.<\/p>\n<p>I kdy\u017e se t\u00edm vyhnete z\u00e1mk\u016fm \u010dten\u00ed na \u00farovni tabulek (<code>FLUSH TABLES WITH READ LOCK<\/code>), nechr\u00e1n\u00ed to p\u0159ed zm\u011bnami jazyka definice dat (DDL). No\u010dn\u00ed m\u016fra RTO: \u010casy obnovy<\/h3>\n<p>Nejkatastrof\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed <code>mysqldump<\/code> se neprojev\u00ed b\u011bhem z\u00e1lohov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale b\u011bhem obnovy.<\/p>\n<p>Obnova logick\u00e9 z\u00e1lohy vy\u017eaduje, aby datab\u00e1zov\u00fd stroj MySQL analyzoval a provedl miliony p\u0159\u00edkaz\u016f <code>INSERT<\/code>. Pokud m\u00e1 va\u0161e firma RTO 4 hodiny, <code>mysqldump<\/code> v\u00e1m zaru\u010duje, \u017ee nespln\u00edte dohodu o \u00farovni slu\u017eeb (SLA).<\/p>\n<h2>Alternativy na podnikov\u00e9 \u00farovni: P\u0159echod na fyzick\u00e9 z\u00e1lohy<\/h2>\n<p>Abyste dos\u00e1hli rychl\u00e9ho z\u00e1lohov\u00e1n\u00ed a obnovy velk\u00fdch datov\u00fdch sad, mus\u00edte opustit logick\u00e9 z\u00e1lohy ve prosp\u011bch <strong>fyzick\u00fdch z\u00e1loh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fyzick\u00e9 z\u00e1lohy zcela obch\u00e1zej\u00ed prov\u00e1d\u011bc\u00ed SQL stroj MySQL. Proto\u017ee pouze kop\u00edruj\u00ed soubory, mohou pracovat p\u0159i maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed rychlosti sekven\u010dn\u00edho \u010dten\u00ed\/z\u00e1pisu va\u0161eho hardwaru a lze je v\u00fdrazn\u011b paralelizovat.<\/p>\n<h3>Percona XtraBackup: Pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd standard<\/h3>\n<p>Pro stroje InnoDB a XtraDB je <strong>Percona XtraBackup<\/strong> p\u0159edn\u00edm open-source n\u00e1strojem pro fyzick\u00e9 z\u00e1lohov\u00e1n\u00ed. Prov\u00e1d\u00ed \u201ehork\u00e9\u201c, neblokuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1lohy datab\u00e1z\u00ed MySQL.<\/p>\n<h4>Jak XtraBackup funguje<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Kop\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed dat:<\/strong> XtraBackup za\u010dne kop\u00edrovat datov\u00e9 soubory InnoDB (<code>.ibd<\/code>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sledov\u00e1n\u00ed log\u016f:<\/strong> Proto\u017ee je datab\u00e1ze aktivn\u00ed, data se budou b\u011bhem kop\u00edrov\u00e1n\u00ed soubor\u016f m\u011bnit. XtraBackup spust\u00ed vl\u00e1kno na pozad\u00ed, kter\u00e9 monitoruje a kop\u00edruje redo log InnoDB (<code>ib_logfile0<\/code> atd.) pro v\u0161echny transakce, ke kter\u00fdm dojde b\u011bhem okna z\u00e1lohov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>P\u0159\u00edprava (obnova po hav\u00e1rii):<\/strong> Po z\u00e1lohov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou zkop\u00edrovan\u00e9 datov\u00e9 soubory v nekonzistentn\u00edm stavu. XtraBackup aplikuje zkop\u00edrovan\u00e9 redo logy na datov\u00e9 soubory (podobn\u011b jako MySQL prov\u00e1d\u00ed obnovu po hav\u00e1rii p\u0159i startu), co\u017e vede k dokonale konzistentn\u00edmu sn\u00edmku datab\u00e1ze v p\u0159esn\u00e9m okam\u017eiku dokon\u010den\u00ed z\u00e1lohy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Implementace strategie fyzick\u00e9ho z\u00e1lohov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>Zde je technick\u00fd n\u00e1vod k implementaci strategie fyzick\u00e9ho z\u00e1lohov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoc\u00ed Percona XtraBackup.<\/p>\n<h3>Krok 1: Streamov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1lohy<\/h3>\n<p>Z\u00e1pis masivn\u00ed z\u00e1lohy na lok\u00e1ln\u00ed disk \u010dasto zp\u016fsobuje probl\u00e9my s kapacitou. Osv\u011bd\u010den\u00fdm postupem je streamov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1lohy p\u0159\u00edmo do archiva\u010dn\u00edho form\u00e1tu, jej\u00ed komprese a odesl\u00e1n\u00ed do staging oblasti nebo p\u0159\u00edmo na z\u00e1lohovac\u00ed platformu.<\/p>\n<p>Pomoc\u00ed <code>xbstream<\/code> m\u016f\u017eeme z\u00e1lohu paralelizovat a za b\u011bhu komprimovat:<\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"language-bash\">xtrabackup --backup \n  --user=backup_user \n  --password=SecurePassword! \n  --parallel=4 \n  --stream=xbstream | lz4 &gt; \/mnt\/backups\/mysql_prod_backup.xbstream.lz4\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<ul>\n<li><code>--parallel=4<\/code>: Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 4 vl\u00e1kna pro soub\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u010dten\u00ed datov\u00fdch soubor\u016f.<\/li>\n<li><code>--stream=xbstream<\/code>: Vypisuje z\u00e1lohu ve vlastn\u00edm streamovac\u00edm form\u00e1tu Percona.<\/li>\n<li><code>lz4<\/code>: Poskytuje extr\u00e9mn\u011b rychlou kompresi s n\u00edzk\u00fdm vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00edm CPU.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Krok 2: P\u0159\u00edprava z\u00e1lohy pro obnovu<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159ed obnoven\u00edm fyzick\u00e9 z\u00e1lohy mus\u00ed b\u00fdt \u201ep\u0159ipravena\u201c (aplikace redo log\u016f). Nejprve extrahujte a dekomprimujte stream:<\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"language-bash\">mkdir -p \/data\/restore\nlz4 -d \/mnt\/backups\/mysql_prod_backup.xbstream.lz4 | xbstream -x -C \/data\/restore\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>Pot\u00e9 spus\u0165te f\u00e1zi p\u0159\u00edpravy. Zastavte slu\u017ebu MySQL, vyma\u017ete adres\u00e1\u0159 a zkop\u00edrujte soubory zp\u011bt:<\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"language-bash\">systemctl stop mysql\nrm -rf \/var\/lib\/mysql\/*\n\nxtrabackup --copy-back --target-dir=\/data\/restore\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>Nakonec p\u0159ed spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm slu\u017eby opravte opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00ed souborov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu:<\/p>\n<pre><code class=\"language-bash\">chown -R mysql:mysql \/var\/lib\/mysql\nsystemctl start mysql\n<\/code><\/pre>\n<p>Proto\u017ee jsou datov\u00e9 soubory ji\u017e vytvo\u0159eny a indexy zkompilov\u00e1ny, datab\u00e1ze se spust\u00ed okam\u017eit\u011b.
